All our pieces are designed in India and handcrafted by skilled artisans. Each item carries a touch of tradition blended with modern design.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • India: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–7 business days.

  • UK & Canada: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 10–14 business days, depending on customs clearance.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to India, the UK, and Canada. More countries will be added soon.

4. Can I see the products before I buy?

5. How are the products packaged?

Every Nivaasa product comes in premium, secure packaging designed to protect your item and make unboxing a special experience. Whether you’re buying for yourself or as a gift, presentation is guaranteed to impress.

6. What if I don’t like my order?

No worries. If your order isn’t a perfect fit, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Simply contact us at [support@nivaasaaa.com] and we’ll guide you through the return process.

7. Are returns free?

  • India: Yes, returns are free within India if initiated within 7 days.

  • International (UK & Canada): Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow it every step of the way.

9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD is available across India. For international orders (UK & Canada), prepaid payment is required.

10. How do I care for Nivaasa products?

Each product comes with its own care instructions. As a general rule, handle décor items with care, and follow wash instructions for textiles like bedsheets and cushions.

11. Are all items handmade?

Yes. Small variations in color, texture, or finish are normal — that’s the beauty of handcrafted décor. No two pieces are exactly the same.
